Online subscriptions are available only on a yearly basis.

Each subscriber will be assigned a user identification number and a password for access to the site after the subscription process is complete and payment is received. Yearly subscriptions begin the month that your password is issued. Your subscription can be easily renewed each year by revisiting the subscription page of this site. (We are sorry, but no subscriptions will be granted for less than the standard one year period and associated yearly subscription price.)

Who May Subscribe

Subscriptions will be granted upon request from any person that is an employee of a TML member city and has the authority to bind their city to a paid yearly subscription fee. We are sorry, but we cannot issue subscriptions to private individuals, nonmember cities, or other private organizations.


Ordering Options

Only employees of TML member cities are eligible to subscribe to Texas Municipal Salaries & Benefits on the web. (For more information on becoming a TML member, visit www.tml.org ). We must receive payment before surveys or passwords can be issued. For your convenience, you may pay by check issued by your organization, or by credit card. Please follow the order instructions below. Your participation in the survey process determines your pricing discount. If you are not currently participating in the TML survey, contact us at participate@watersconsulting.com and we will be glad to forward a survey package to your immediate attention. We always welcome new participants!
