Subscribe in a Few Easy Steps

Complete the form on this page to subscribe to SurveyNavigator™ for ICMA.

During this subscription process, you will be asked to create your Username and Password. Passwords are normally made active within 24 hours of the date payment is received. Subscriptions are on a yearly basis and may be renewed each year by visiting www.surveynavigator.com/icma/subscribe.asp. We will also send you a reminder statement before your subscription expires. We do not currently offer partial year subscriptions to SurveyNavigator™. 

Who May Subscribe

Subscriptions will be granted upon request from any person that has the authority to bind their organization to a paid yearly subscription fee.

Subscription Discounts

Your ICMA membership in conjunction with your participation in the salary and benefits survey determines your discount.  Local Government participants that are members of ICMA and provide full benefits and salary data receive 50% off the annual subscription rate. If you are not currently participating in the ICMA survey, contact us at participate@watersconsulting.com.  We always welcome new participants!

Three Options for You to Choose From - Online, Printed or Both:

Online survey information is updated continually based on information received from local government participants and annually during our formal survey process.  This is a fully interactive Web site. All printed/bound reports are shipped directly from The Waters Consulting Group, Inc. via U.S. Post unless overnight delivery is specifically requested.  Overnight delivery is an additional $25.00 per book. Remember, participating local governments receive a 50% discount!
 
Subscription Rates:
  • ICMA Member Municipality - Survey Participant = FREE
  • ICMA Member-Non Participant = $375
  • Non Member-Survey Participant = $375
  • Non Member Municipality-Non Participant = $750
  • Private Sector = $1,500
